Investing in Excellence
For over a decade, the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) has earned the title of Best Airport in North America, a testament to its employees and their commitment to excellence. Recognizing the importance of maintaining this reputation, IND is investing in its workforce, seeking talent to sustain and enhance its service levels for years to come.
IND is looking for employees with qualities like friendliness, teamwork and a commitment to customer service – in other words, a “people person.” This inspired CVR to create the “People People” campaign. Illustrated executions show the wide variety of skillsets and the diverse array of people IND is searching for. Creative began with 10 unique animated videos, tailored to specific departments in the airport. CVR then created a longer compilation video as well as print ads, digital placements, in-airport signage and social media content.
The Results
The campaign generated three times as many job applications than the previous six months and is helping fill critical positions at the airport.
