First Steps is an Indiana agency that provides early intervention services to Hoosier families. Early intervention refers to the services available to families of babies and young children experiencing developmental delays and disabilities. Before partnering with CVR, referral and enrollment numbers were dropping, and First Steps needed help telling a story that would resonate with families.
Effective Storytelling
CVR worked alongside First Steps to build a brand that embodied their values. With a new voice established, CVR produced creative that shows the delicate nature of early intervention. The campaign begins with the heartwarming stories of providers and First Steps families like Melissa and Jackson. CVR told these stories through video and supported them with social media content and recruitment collateral. CVR’s creative was used in grassroots efforts and in the statewide campaign to position First Steps as a strong family serving organization.
