CVR is seeking a Public Relations + Social Media Fellow to support the agency’s PR and social media practice across a diverse portfolio of clients, including healthcare, civic and policy, financial services, hospitality, arts and culture, and new business.

This hands-on learning role is designed for an early-career communicator who wants meaningful exposure to agency life, client service, earned media, social strategy and the day-to-day rhythm of an integrated communications team. The fellow will gain experience in media list building, pitch and press release drafting, content concepting and scheduling, social listening, influencer research, media monitoring, briefing preparation, coverage research and reporting.

The role is structured for consistent writing practice, process exposure and professional development under the direction of PR + social media team members, with senior editor oversight and coaching. The PR + Social Media Fellow would work part-time at 30 hours a week.
