Engineering Success Year to Year
Wabash, located in Lafayette, Indiana, is just a few miles from the Purdue University campus. As their business has grown, the trailer manufacturer has had an increased need for talented employees, especially engineers. To meet that need, Wabash entered into an annual sports sponsorship agreement with Purdue, a school known for its engineering program. The goal was to recruit and retain skilled employees who are invested in Lafayette and have an interest in building a career close to the school they love in a place they know.
Wabash’s Winning Play
Over the past three years, CVR has supported the development of targeted videos that captured the special relationship between Purdue and Wabash. Focusing on Wabash as an ideal place to build a career, its proximity to Purdue and their large workforce of Purdue graduates, CVR concepted, produced and edited each video. The videos were featured in arenas and on Purdue sports broadcasts to support recruitment and retention goals.
