Media Buyer / Digital & Social

Media Buyer / Digital & Social Wanted: Build Brands That Matter.

CVR is looking to add a Media Buyer / Digital & Social with a passion for data and driving results to our media team. This individual will manage researching, planning, placing, monitoring, optimizing, reconciling and reporting for paid social campaigns across CVR media accounts. This role includes managing e-commerce campaigns, frequent testing, and bringing new ideas to help clients grow their business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Execute multi-variant testing strategies and techniques
  • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy
  • Communicate regularly with internal staff and clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis
  • Build client reporting dashboards using Looker Studio or other tools
  • Ensure campaign strategy is deployed properly using team resources
  • Ensure deadlines are met, quality is delivered and budgets are adhered to


  • 2-3 years previous experience managing paid social media campaigns for e-commerce brands
  • 2+ years in a client-facing position
  • Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to present data, findings, test results, recommendations to clients clearly
  • Ability to multitask between different clients and different ad accounts
  • Proven ability to ensure quality, budgets and deadlines are met
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with many concurrent, active projects
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, writing and proofing skills and high attention to detail (including budget monitoring)
  • Strong desire and proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency with Looker Studio
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
  • Bonus if you have experience with GA4/Google Ads/Shopify/Tag Manager
