Raising South Bend Orthopaedics’ volume of new patient opportunities meant understanding their audience through data, reaching them through strategically selected media channels and then monitoring and optimizing performance—all to boost awareness of our client and their services.


Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO, for short) had been improving Hoosiers’ musculoskeletal health since 1950. However, as the practice’s market competitors got bigger, closer and louder, CIO needed help keeping its edge. In 2017, we began serving as a seamless extention of CIO’s marketing department—and in 2024, we evolved our media strategy to help them move their message further than ever.

Zimmer
Zimmer asked CVR to assist them to defend against a competitor’s campaign that was
taking market share. They wanted to produce a TV spot and be on air nationally in less than 3
weeks.
CVR developed a multimedia campaign with TV focused on Zimmer’s leadership position
and utilized newspaper and online to speak directly to the competitive claims. The
campaign was a success and generated over 74,475 click throughs online and thousands
of calls to the 800 number.
